Crashing on Launch

IPhone 5C with latest iOS
Mantis was working fine yesterday. This morning it won't launch. Reset phone to no avail. Deleted & reinstalled and it works, but can't sign in to restore purchases!

I got a new iPhone 6S to replace my iPhone 6 and now Mantis won't open. What do I do?

I just replaced my iPhone 5s with a 6plus and the app now will only crash on launch. Really hope to get an update, I just learned via the AppStore the last version update was back in 2012? Is this right? Hoping services will continue, I love the app.
