Night Reading Color Scheme

Where do I find the optional night reading color scheme? I only have the DefaultColorSet showing, besides a couple that I have played around with.

Unfortunately, there's a glitch so that this new color scheme only shows up on a fresh install (but not if you upgrade.) We're working on a way to change this, so you could add color schemes to your backup file on the web site, but that's not ready quite yet.
