When reading, would it be possible if the program could page down a full page when you shake your iPhone? Great for one handed reading while doing things with the other hand (writing, eating, playing piano, holding hands with your honey)

Sorry, but shaking already has a function -- it closes all open items (strongs numbers, text notes, personal notes, etc.) So it's basically a "reset" function.
